- Finely chop and add to a bowl tomato, green pepper, green onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno.
- Add lime juice and salt
- Mix all ingredients.
This simple salsa is unbeatable when tomatoes are at their brilliant best. The longer you can refrigerate, the more the flavors of the individual ingredients "marry". If you're not a cilantro fan, just leave it out.
