- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 250 Grams Cream Cheese

Directions
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook for 7–8 minutes, breaking apart the beef as it browns, until fully cooked and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, water, and 1/2 cup salsa. Reduce heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned hamburger mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
- Carefully spoon the creamy cheese mixture over the hamburger, spreading gently into an even layer.
- Spread the remaining 1 cup of slightly drained salsa evenly over the creamy cheese layer.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa, covering the entire surface.
- Cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to allow the layers to firm up and the flavours to blend.
- Just before serving, evenly scatter the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, green onions, and optional jalapeños over the top.
- Serve chilled or slightly cool with plenty of crunchy tortilla chips for dipping and scooping.
