Slow-roasted until sweet and spreadable, whole heads of garlic become something wonderfully mellow in this indulgent starter. Simmered in butter, olive oil, broth, and white wine with fragrant rosemary, the cloves soften while creamy Cambozola melts into the savory broth. Squeeze the garlic onto crusty bread and let the richness speak for itself. It's a generous, share-worthy dish for twelve.
