- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan before serving.
