- 3 Tbsp Peanut Oil (or Olive Oil) - Divided
- 2 Tbsp Ginger - Grated
- 1/2 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 18 - Chicken Wing (or Chicken Leg)

- Preheat air fryer to 370F.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, orange juice and sesame oil; cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Pat wings dry with paper towels; remove and discard wing tips.
- Brush with remaining 1tbsp oil
- Spray basket with nonstick cooking spray
- Cook wings in batches 16 to 18 minutes or until browned and cooked through, shaking halfway through cooking. Remove to paper towel-lined plate.
- Add wings to saucepan; stir to coat with sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
