Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes if desired. Cut into fries about ¼-inch thick so they cook evenly.

3. Toss the fries with the cornstarch first (if using), then drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle over the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Toss until every fry is evenly coated.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
6. Arrange the fries in a single layer, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
7. Air fry for 12–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
