- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Add the mixed nuts and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the nuts into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted and fragrant.
- Let the nuts cool completely on the baking sheet—they'll become crisp as they cool.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
