- Pat the pickle spears completely dry with paper towels.
- Place the flour in one shallow bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a second bowl.
- In a third bowl, combine the panko, seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, and black pepper.
- Coat each pickle spear in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Air Fryer: Arrange the pickle spears in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing, spicy mayo, chipotle aioli, or dill dip.
