- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets
- Coat the cauliflower floret into the batter.
- Roll in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
- Arrange florets on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve. Enjoy plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Optional Buffalo Version
- Toss the baked cauliflower bites with:
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes.
