- 6 - Chicken Breasts
- 1 Large Red Onion - Sliced
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 20 Oz Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Concentrate For Imitation Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch

- Brown the chicken breasts in a large Dutch oven in 2 tablespoons fat.
- Remove the breasts from the Dutch oven.
- Add the onion and mushrooms; saute until onion is transparent.
- Return the chicken to the Dutch oven; add the remaining ingredients except the cornstarch.
- Cover; simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender, turning the chicken occasionally to coat with sauce.
- Remove chicken from the pan just before serving.
- Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir into the pan juices.
- Cook until thickened.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and serve with brown rice.
