- 1 Lb Beef (or Chicken) - Sliced
- 2 Medium Onion - Sliced
- 1 Large Green Pepper - Chopped
- 2 Cups Mushrooms - Sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups Celery - Sliced
- 10 Oz Water Chestnuts
- 4-5 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 1/4 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 - Salt and Pepper - To Taste
- 1 - Garlic Powder - To Taste

Directions
- In large skillet heat oil.
- Add meat and stir until cooked.
- Add onion, green pepper, celery, mushrooms and saute.
- Add rest of vegetables and soy sauce.
- Stir fry until tender.
- Mix water and cornstarch.
- Add to pan and cook another 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice or chow mien noodles.
