- 1 Small Onion - Diced
- 1/2 - Green Pepper
- 1 Cup Celery - Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Can Pinapple

- Salt chicken and saute in butter.
- Stir fry, then add onion, green pepper and celery.
- Cook 4 minutes.
- Add pineapple and all but 1/4 cup juice.
- Sprinkle in cinnamon.
- Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup juice and add.
- (If needed, add extra water.) Serve on a bed of rice.
