- 4 Tsp Cornstarch
- 1 - Egg Whites
- 3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 - Green Pepper
- 2 Large Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil - Optional
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Wine - Optional
- 1/4 Cup Salad Oil
- 1/2 to 2 - Red Pepper - Optional
- 1 Cup Roasted Peanuts

- Remove bone from chicken; cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix 3 teaspoons cornstarch, egg white and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- Add chicken; marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove seeds from green peppers; cut green pepper into 1-inch cubes.
- Cut onions into quarters; separate layers.
- Slice garlic clove.
- Combine remaining soy sauce, remaining cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, salt and wine.
- Heat salad oil in wok or electric frypan until very hot.
- Fry garlic in oil until golden; remove and discard.
- Fry chicken in oil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly; add onions, green peppers, red peppers and peanuts.
- Add salt mixture; cook, stirring, until thick.
- Serve with rice.
