Ingredients: 4 Medium Chicken Breasts; 4 Slice Black Forest Ham; 4 Slice Swiss Cheese; 1 Can Mushroom Soup; 1 Cup Mushrooms; 1 Box Stove Top Stuffing Mix; 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth; 2 Tbsp Butter; 1 Tsp Garlic Powder; 1/4 Tsp Salt; 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Lightly grease a 9x13 glass baking dish
Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place a slice of ham on each breast.
Add a slice of cheese on top of ham.
In a bowl combine the mushroom soup with the sliced / chopped mushrooms
Add one spoonful of mushroom soup on top of each cheese slice.
In a separate bowl combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth and melted butter. Let stand for roughly 5 mins.
Loosely spoon the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken. Don't pack it down.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 F and the stuffing is golden brown.
Let rest for 5 mins before serving.
