- Combine soy sauce, oil, parsley, onion flakes, ginger, pepper and salt.
- Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in mixing bowl; pour marinade over chicken mixture.
- Cover; chill for several hours, turning chicken at least twice.
- Place chicken in large glass casserole; pour marinade over chicken mixture.
- Cover.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes; baste.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer.
