- 8 Cups Broccoli
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Raisins
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion
- 8 Slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

- Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly.
- Place broccoli, cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, and raisins (if using) in a large bowl.
- In a separate dish, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir gently before serving and top with extra bacon and cheddar if desired.
- Optional add-ins: sunflower seed, chopped pecans, diced red bell pepper, dried cranberries instead of raisins.
