- 3 - Chicken Breasts - Skinned or De-Boned
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 Oz Broccoli
- 10 Oz Cream Of Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

- Cut chicken into 2" x 4" pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
- Saute slowly in oil over medium heat until white & opaque, about 6 minutes.
- Drain.
- Cook broccoli until tender crisp, drain and arrange in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 casserole.
- Place chicken on top.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice together and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bake uncovered at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
