- 1/2 Cup Onion - Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder

- Microwave Recipe.
- In an 8 cup measure glass or microwaveable dish, place broccoli, carrot, onion & water.
- Cover with plastic wrap & microwave on high for 5 min.
- In a four cup measure, mix together remaining ingredients and stir into the (undrained) vegetables.
- Cover & microwave on high for 8 min. or until hot and bubbling.
- Let stand 3 - 5 min.
- Makes 4 cups.
