- Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion until tender.
- Blend in flour and salt; remove from heat.
- Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
- Cook, stirring, until thickened.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce into bowl; add turkey, walnuts and curry powder, blending well.
- Add egg and cheese to remaining sauce in pan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

- Beat eggs, water and salt together; add flour gradually, beating well.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot griddle.
- Brown delicately on each side.
- Remove from griddle.
- Spread 1/2 cup turkey filling in line down center of each pancake.
- Fold one edge over; fold remaining edge up.
- Place in ovenproof baking dish.
- Spoon cheese sauce over pancakes.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes.
