- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Orange Peel - Grated
- 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries (or Cranberry Sauce)
- 5 Cups Turkey - Cooked, Diced
- 1 Cup Turkey Gravy
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Onion - Minced
- 2 Cups Soft Bread Crumbs
- 2 - Egg - Slightly Beaten

- Melt butter in 8 x 8-inch baking dish; stir in sugar and orange peel, blending well.
- Spoon cranberries over sugar mixture.
- Combine turkey with gravy, milk, salt, pepper, onion, bread crumbs and eggs; mix well.
- Pack turkey mixture over cranberries firmly.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Invert immediately onto serving platter. Cut into squares to serve.
If cranberry sauce is used, reduce sugar to 1/4 cup.
