- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 - All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 - Salt
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 3 - Egg
- 1 Lb Turkey - Ground
- 1 Pinch Monosodium Glutamate
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Parsley - Chopped
- 1 - Dry Jack Cheese - Grated
- 1 - Cornstarch
- 1 - Butter - Melted

- Melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons flour until well blended.
- Stir in milk and 1/2 cup water; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Cool.
- Place 4 cups flour on pastry board.
- Make a well in center; place 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon salt in center.
- Cut into the flour, using 2 knives, adding enough warm water gradually to make a dough.
- Knead until smooth; cover and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine turkey, monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon salt and sugar; saute until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Add parsley, 1 egg, 1/2 cup cheese and sauce.
- Roll out parts of dough on heavily floured board to a thin layer; cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
- Place teaspoon of filling in center of each square.
- Fold over into triangle and seal edges well with tines of fork.
- Pull widest points of turnover together to form circle, being careful not to break dough.
- Pinch together tightly.
- Place on a cornstarch-covered cookie sheet.
- Drop into large kettle of boiling salted water.
- Cook for 12 to 20 minutes or until dough tests done, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Drain; place in serving dish.
- Drizzle with generous amount of butter.
- Sprinkle with cheese; toss gently.
- Serve with tossed green salad.
