- 6 Cups Turkey - Cooked, Diced
- 3 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 Cup Celery
- 1 - Onion - Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 - Egg - Beaten
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

- Place turkey in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Saute bread crumbs, celery and onion in butter in skillet.
- Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning.
- Stir in egg and milk.
- Spoon mixture over turkey.
- Spread soup in layer over top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add more liquid during baking time if necessary.
- Garnish with parsley.
