- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Banana
- 1 Tbsp Orange Peel Grated
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 2 - Egg

Directions
- Mash one cup of bananas.
- Cream and blend the margarine, sugar, eggs, bananas and grated orange rind.
- Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add milk, vanilla, almond extract, coconut and chopped walnuts.
- Mix thoroughly and pour into a loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
