- 1 Recipe Dressing
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 4 - Egg - Beaten
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 1 - Potato Chip - Crushed

- Cook hen in boiling water until tender.
- Remove meat from bones; reserve broth.
- Line a large pan with dressing 1 inch thick.
- Cream flour and butter together until smooth; add milk, broth, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Pour half the sauce on the dressing; place chicken pieces over the sauce.
- Pour on remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven; top with potato chips.
- Return to oven; bake for 15 to 30 minutes longer.
