- 2 Cups Chicken - Cooked, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Celery - Diced
- 1/2 Cup Onion - Minced
- 1 Can Mushroom Pieces And Stems
- 1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Almond - Sliced
- 1 Recipe Biscuit Dough
- 1 - Butter - Melted
- 1 - Fine Bread Crumbs

- Combine chicken, celery, onions, mushrooms, soup, milk and almonds; place in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole or baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Knead dough 8 to 10 times, then roll 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut equal amounts of biscuits with 2 1/2 to 3-inch cutter and a smaller cutter such as doughnut hole cutter or juice glass.
- Dip each biscuit in butter and roll in crumbs.
- Put two sizes together and place each set on hot, bubbly casserole.
- There should be about 12 towers.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- One can sliced olives, 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, and 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese may be added to chicken mixture, if desired.
