- Chop mushrooms and peppers into medium size (about 1/2 inch square) chunks.
- Cut bacon into 1/4 inch strips width wise.
- Fry bacon to desired crispness - drain excess grease.
- Put mushrooms and peppers into frying pan with bacon.
- Whip eggs for about 2 minutes or until thoroughly blended.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add eggs to pan and cook until eggs do not appear 'wet'
- Flip one side over onto the other.
