- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese (or Mozzarella Cheese)
- 2 Tbsp Green Pepper
- 3 - Black Olive
- 3 to 4 Tsp Miracle Whip

- Finely chop all ingredients.
- Grate cheese
- Using enough Miracle Whip to moisten.
- Spread mixture on Ritz crackers or you choice of crackers.
- Place on cookie sheet and broil for 1 or 2 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 40 to 50 snacks.
