- Add a small handful of pretzels and roasted mixed nuts to the bottom of each cup to create a sturdy base.
- Fold the salami, pepperoni, and soppressata into loose rolls and stand them upright around the outside of each cup.
- Add one cube each of cheddar, pepper jack, and Havarti cheese.
- Place one smoked beef stick vertically in each cup.
- Add a dill pickle spear and olives to fill empty spaces.
- Insert one or two breadsticks into each cup so they extend above the other ingredients.
- Finish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary for a rustic, masculine presentation.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
