Fans of a good deli counter will grin at this one. Flattened chicken breasts get layered with liverwurst, ham, Swiss, and Genoa salami, rolled up tight, then braised in spaghetti sauce until the flavors melt together into something rich and unexpectedly hearty. Served with a tangle of pasta, it turns a handful of cold cuts into a warm, satisfying supper with real personality.
