A true Southern classic, Brunswick stew is the kind of pot you make when you want to feed a crowd and warm everyone up. Chicken simmers with lima beans, okra, potatoes, cream-style corn, and tomatoes until everything turns thick and homey. It only improves as it sits, so make it ahead and let the flavors settle. Cornbread on the side is practically mandatory.
