- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Garlic
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

- Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add the ground beef and salt. Crumble the beef and cook stirring frequently until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce and maple syrup.
- Continue to cook until the majority of the liquid evaporates. Until it looks glossy and wet, but not super saucy.
- Serve over prepared rice (as per package directions)
- Top with sliced green onions, thinly sliced cucumber, or match stick carrots.
