- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Salt
- 1/4 Cup Butter - Melted
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk (or Light Cream)
- 1 1/3 Cups Rice
- 1 1/2 Cups Broth
- 1/2 Cup Cheese - Grated
- 1 1/2 Cups Asparagus - Cooked
- 2 Cups Turkey - Cooked, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds

- Stir flour, half the salt and half the onion salt into butter over boiling water.
- Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
- Cook, stirring, until thickened.
- Cook rice according to package directions; spoon into large baking dish.
