- 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Sugar

- 1 - Ginger - Pinch

- Slice pineapple lengthwise; cut out fruit in chunks with grapefruit knife, reserving shells.
- Cut chicken and green pepper into chunks.
- Combine pineapple chunks, chicken and green pepper in large saucepan.
- Add 1 cup water and wine.
- Combine vinegar, catsup, sugar, 1/2 cup water, garlic powder and ginger; add to chicken mixture.
- Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of water; add to chicken mixture.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Serve in pineapple shells.
