- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and milk until smooth
- Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and dry mustard.
- Whisk again until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the poppy seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
