- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 4-6 Oz Brie Cheese - Sliced
- 1/4 Medium Apple - Thinly Sliced
- 4 Slices Bacon - Cooked
- 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp Butter

Directions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, spread a thin layer of Dijon if using.
- Layer Brie slices over the bread.
- Add a layer of thin apple slices.
- Top with bacon and a light drizzle of honey if desired.
- Add a little more Brie on top to help hold the sandwich together.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden and crisp and the Brie is fully melted.
- Let rest for 1 minute before slicing.
