- 2 - Cornish Hen
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Butter (or Margarine)
- 4 Slices Bacon - Halved
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Concentrated Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Sprinkle hens inside and out with salt.
- Stuff hens with rice; truss securely.
- Rub hens with butter.
- Place bacon in glass baking dish; arrange hens over bacon.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake hens for 1 hour.
- Combine honey, orange juice and lemon juice.
- Baste hens with half the orange sauce; turn hens.
- Baste for 5 minutes longer.
- Turn hens; baste.
- Return to oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes; add remaining sauce.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer.
- Remove hens to warm platter.
- Drain off excess fat from sauce; serve over hens.
- Bacon may be served as a side dish.
