- 1/4 Cup Butter

- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions
- Set aside raisins.
- Beat eggs.
- Add remaining ingredient and mix together until smooth.
Put tart shells into tins.- Put same amount of raisins in each tart shell.
- Poor mixture on top of raisins to about 1/2 full.
Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 for about 8 minutes or golden brown in appearance.
