- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 2 - Egg
- 2 Oz Chocolate chips
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 4 Oz Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Peanuts (or Walnuts)
- 2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal

- Blended Oatmeal in a blender to a fine powder.
- Cream butter and both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add chips, candy and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place two (2) inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for six (6) minutes at 375
