- Clean fish and stuff with bread.
- Melt butter.
- Roll fish in flour and sprinkle with butter.
- Broil for 20 minutes under low heat.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley and cook for fifteen minutes.
- Remove from broiler and serve.
