- 3 - Chicken - Disjointed
- 4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
- 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Hot Sauce

- Line two 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans with aluminum foil.
- Divide butter between pans.
- Place in 425-degree oven for about 5 minutes or until butter melts.
- Sprinkle chicken pieces on both sides with 3 teaspoons salt.
- Mix flour, chili powder and remaining salt.
- Blend milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture; coat with seasoned flour.
- Place chicken, skin side down, in melted butter in baking pans.
- Bake in 425-degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Turn chicken; reverse pans on oven shelves.
- Bake for 20 minutes longer.
