- 1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 3 - Egg - Beaten
- 3 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 10 Oz Frozen Spinach
- 2 Cups Chicken - Cooked, Diced
- 1 Cup Sharp American Cheese - Shredded

- Sift 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt together.
- Combine eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk.
- Add to flour mixture; beat until smooth.
- Pour enough into hot, lightly buttered 6 or 7-inch skillet to cover bottom of skillet; cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove from skillet.
- Cook remaining batter; separate each crepe with sheet of waxed paper.
- Keep warm.
- Melt butter in saucepan; blend in remaining flour, mustard, remaining salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add remaining milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
- Blend 3/4 cup sauce with chicken and spinach.
- Fill each crepe with 1 heaping tablespoon filling; roll up.
- Place crepes in shallow 13 x 9-inch baking dish, seam side down.
- Pour remaining sauce over crepes; top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
