- 1 - Paprika
- 3 Cups Instant Rice
- 1 Cup Wild Rice
- 1 Can Celery Soup
- 1 Can Chicken Soup
- 1 - Dry Parsley
- 1 pkg Frozen English Peas

- Brown in oil; add paprika while turning.
- Combine rice in buttered large, shallow casserole.
- Combine celery and chicken soup with 2 cans water; bring to a boil.
- Pour soup over rice; stir until well mixed.
- Place hens on rice, cut side down; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Bring peas to boil in water according to package directions; drain well.
- Arrange peas around edge of casserole.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
