- 1 - Butter - Melted
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1 1/3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 8 Oz Chicken-Flavored Rice

- Rub cavities of hens with salt.
- Arrange hens, breast side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush with butter.
- Bake for 50 minutes, brushing frequently with butter.
- Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Bake for 10 minutes longer or until browned and tender.
- Combine orange juice and raisins in saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
