- 1/4 Cup Celery - Chopped
- 1/8 Tsp Ginger
- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup Rice - Cooked
- 1 - Orange Slices
- 1 - Parsley

- Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.
- Coat each piece of chicken thoroughly with flour mixture.
- Brown chicken thoroughly in oil in skillet; remove to baking dish.
- Saute onion and celery in pan drippings until tender.
- Add ginger, orange juice, raisins and rice; heat through.
- Pour onion mixture around chicken pieces.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer.
- Remove to serving platter; garnish with orange slices and parsley.
