- 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil - For the Dough

- 2 Tbsp Rosemary - Finely Chopped

- 2-3 Clove Garlic - Minced

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1½–2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Generously oil a 9×13-inch baking pan with olive oil. Transfer the dough to the pan and gently stretch it toward the corners. If it springs back, let it rest for 10 minutes, then stretch again.
- Cover and let the dough rise for another 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dough. Using your fingertips, press deep dimples all over the surface.
- Sprinkle evenly with the chopped rosemary, flaky sea salt, and sliced garlic if using.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the top is deep golden brown and the edges are crisp.
