- 1 1/4 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Butter (or Margarine)
- 2 - Chicken Wings
- 1 - Chicken Neck
- 1 - Chicken Gizzard
- 1 - Chicken Liver

- Cover chicken parts with water; add salt to taste.
- Cook until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from bones; return to broth.
- Chicken may be left on bones.
- Reserve 3/4 cup broth; cool.
- Bring chicken mixture to a boil.
- Mix reserved broth, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add flour; mix well.
- Add more flour, if needed, to make stiff dough.
- Roll out on floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into narrow strips.
- Drop strips into boiling broth, one at a time, until all strips have been added; add remaining milk and butter.
- Cook until dumplings are tender.
Add more milk, if desired. Heat through; serve hot.
