- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush both sides of the tortilla with olive oil or melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Turn an oven-safe metal or ceramic bowl upside down and drape the tortilla over it, gently shaping it into a bowl.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing.
