A single potato is thinly sliced fan-style, dabbed with butter, seasoned, and sealed in foil to cook right on the barbecue until smoky and tender. Each packet steams into a soft, buttery side with the char of the grill. Make one per person and set them beside the grill for the easiest, most hands-off potato dish at your next cookout.
