- 1/4 Cup Butter - Melted
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- 12 Small Potato - Boiled
- 1 - Parsley - Chopped
- 3 Tbsp Horseradish - Drained
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

- Broil 4 to 6 inches from source of heat for 8 to 12 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning once.
