Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Brush both sides of each pineapple ring with the brown sugar mixture.
- Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized with deep grill marks.
- Serve warm on its own or with vanilla ice cream for an easy summer dessert.
